Yew Lodge is a new house on a leafy lane in Clontarf by Brennan Furlong Architects. Completed as a timber-framed, A-rated home, the project was featured on RTÉ’s Home of the Year in 2022. Tucked just off Seafield Road, the house is approached along Yew Lane, where its larch-clad first-floor volume announces the building within its mature, tree-lined setting. From inside, the upper level frames views through the trees towards the spire of nearby St. John the Baptist Church, creating a strong connection between the new house and its established Clontarf context.
