The brief for this project involves the sensitive restoration and amalgamation of two adjacent vacant dwellings which directly overlook the ruins of St. Mary’s Abbey in Howth Village. The site is located within an Architectural Conservation Area and close engagement with the Conservation Department of the Local Authority resulted in planning permission being granted in late 2025. Works are anticipated to start on-site in late 2026.
