St. Peter’s Terrace

Restoration & extension of period cottage, Howth

Project Completed

St. Peter’s Terrace is an early 20th century planned development of workers cottages to the west of the historic core of Howth Village.

Our proposals involve careful refurbishment of the original fabric of one of these cottages, supplemented by modestly scaled interventions and extensions, to provide a sustainable and contemporary home.

The design has been informed by the original site morphology and materials, and the inter-relationships of street, house, garden and lane.
