RE-WORKING AN EARLY 20th CENTURY COTTAGE

The project involves refurbishing, re-organising and extending an early 20th century cottage beyond the northern suburbs of Dublin City. The project aims to take advantage of existing opportunities the site presents – the cottage sits on a low rise affording wonderful views north over the Fingal countryside with a south-facing sheltered rear garden offering a ready-made sun-trap during warmer weather.
