The building is designed to sit lightly and unobtrusively into its surroundings, defined primarily by an imposing period dwelling, a semi-ruinous walled garden and an old woodland. Timber cladding will allow the new building settle into its context and age naturally in harmony with the setting. A roof terrace affords views over the green-roofed sun-room & hydro-therapy units towards the formal landscaped gardens.

Full planning permission was secured for this development in 2016.
