A feasability study for tourist accommodation on the banks of the River Camac in Kilmainham. The façade takes its reference from the nearby Forty Steps.
Set beside the Camac on Dublin’s historic franchise line, the project reinterprets the medieval boundary once walked by the city fathers. A curved colonnade traces this former edge, its alternating pillars and openings expressing a shift from defended limit to permeable, civic threshold.
