This renovation and extension project is located on a suburban site in Malahide, close to the rail line. The house had been in the same family for many years, and the brief focused on reconfiguring the layout to better suit the needs of a new generation.
The works included a two storey extension to the front and a single storey extension to the rear. Planning permission was granted in early 2020, with construction completed in 2021.
